Freestyle Dressage to Music is very popular and it is possible to compete both affiliated and unaffiliated. British Riding Clubs have their own, very popular, dressage to music competition leading to a prestigous national championship and includes classes for pairs competitors as well as individuals. As a BD club member, you can ride in all BD Affiliated music classes which is a lower cost alternative to joining as a full member.
I create freestyle routines for dressage levels Intro through to Advanced Medium. Prices are available for the complete package – floor plan, music and timings – or for individual sections, as required. You may have your own floor plan worked out, but just need help putting your music together, or you may have found the music you like but don’t know how to mix it and transfer onto a CD ready for competition. I can help as much or as little as required.
If you have a video of your floor plan and would like the music done for you, I can work just from your video to get both timings and tempo.

Novice Freestyle example
This is a Novice 2018 routine filmed in a competition environment (the music is pretty quiet but you can hear it!). This is a young horse with a young rider and the Disney theme really suits
Medium Freestyle Example
This is a video showing fairly early development of the medium level movements in one of the training sessions to get the floor plan and music together. This test used World War II inspired music and has since been used to qualify for BD Regionals.
